1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using ThreeToFive (the "app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. What the app is

ThreeToFive helps IBEW electrical apprentices record on-the-job and classroom hours, track progress toward journeyman, and generate reports. It is an independent tool. ThreeToFive is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the IBEW, NECA, NABTU, any JATC, any training committee, employer, or government agency. 3. Your records are your responsibility

• The app is a convenience tool. You are responsible for maintaining your own official apprenticeship records and for meeting your program's requirements and deadlines.
• The hours, categories, targets, and reports the app shows depend on the information you enter and the settings you choose. Verify them against your program's official requirements.
• We do not guarantee that the app's calculations, categories, or report formats meet the requirements of any specific local, JATC, or program. [COUNSEL] confirm.
• Keep backups. The app lets you export your data — do so regularly.

4. Your account

• Creating an account is optional and requires a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Delete account, or via the deletion request page.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app — for example, do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its servers, and do not use it to store unlawful content or to infringe anyone's rights. Only enter other people's information (such as a journeyman's name) where you have a legitimate reason to do so.

6. Payments (web version)

The Android app is currently free. The web version offers an optional one-time paid upgrade, processed by our third-party payment provider. Purchases are subject to that provider's terms, and to any applicable app-store terms. [COUNSEL] Confirm refund policy and consumer-law disclosures for paid upgrades, and remove this section if paid features are not offered on a given platform. This app does not offer any financing, lending, or credit.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your program's requirements. [COUNSEL] confirm warranty-disclaimer wording for the target jurisdictions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThreeToFive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or of apprenticeship credit, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app. [COUNSEL] insert the final limitation-of-liability and indemnification language and any liability cap.

9. Changes to the app or these Terms

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the app, or an account that violates these Terms, consistent with applicable law.
